Counselling and further support and help

Recognising that we need help is a major step forward to better ourselves. There is no stigma about that, the more we put it off, the more we are in a downward spiral out of control of our physical well-being and our mind.

ANSWERS do not have the capacity to offer counselling, support and help of any kind as this is not its purpose. ANSWERS recommend those who are interested inĀ  receiving counselling, support and assistance to seek the advice of their close family and friends, GP, church leaders, and MP.
