The music is published here for use in worship and study, without requiring explicit permission. You are encouraged to link to the ANSWERS website.

Please contact us for regular or extensive use: “regular” means an item has been used numerous times, and “extensive” includes visual and audio duplication, multiple musicians and leaders, and online use. This helps in CCLI administration.

For any other uses, including broadcasting, streaming, promotion, recording, background music, assessment, commercial use, hosting, and sharing, please contact us for clarification on permission to use.

There is a balance between practical use for worship and “free” distribution. “Practical use for worship” should be in line with CCLI guidelines. “Free” distribution means making the music available without prior knowledge of who (e.g., individuals, churches), where (e.g., storage services), or when (e.g., retention) the material is available. Permission for adaptation
In common with worship use, adapting music to different speeds, keys, etc., is expected.
